Hey! Coming to town for work, to shop for furniture, visit a college? You’ll have the ENTIRE HOUSE to yourself!
Our house features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is conveniently located near major highways, venues and businesses We’re set-up to house you for a long-term stay should you need. Our kitchen has all the basics.
Our cleaners spend extra time cleaning after each guest and we air out the place for at least 24hrs between stays.
We are pet friendly! Please note we do charge a Pet Fee.
The space
When you walk in the door to the living room you will immediately notice how spacious and relaxing the vibe of the place is. You have a Smart TV in the living room as well as one in one of the bedrooms.
The home has a security system that will make your stay stress-free. It is a newer renovated home with the living room with color that speaks to the youth and modern furniture market style.
We have 3 bedrooms that invites that relaxing feeling you have when you are comfortably staying at your own home. Ample street parking.
Our house is been beautifully furnished to honor High Point & Furniture Market! If you didn’t know, High Point is the Furniture Capital of the World!
PLEASE NOTE: Pet Fee is $125 for stays less than 14days, $250 for stays between 14 to 30 days, longer stay please contact for price. We must be notified prior to booking AND this must be PAID prior to booking.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house, kitchen and laundry room should you wish do your own laundry while staying.
Other things to note
There’s a train that goes occasionally blows a horn, that’s 1 mile away. Most guests are unlikely to notice the train horn given the distance from the house.
